Report Bugs in Bridge Author's Template

If you're experiencing a problem with The Bridge Author's Template, please fill out and submit the following bug report form. Please check out the FAQ first to see if your problem has already been discussed.

If what you want to report is really more of a suggestion or a request for enhancement, please use the suggestion form instead.

Bug Report Form

After you submit your bug report, you will receive an email detailing my response. If the problem is of general interest, the bug and resolution will be discussed on the FAQ page.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

  1. What version of WORD are you using?

  2. Please enter a brief one-line description of the problem:

    (example: "The program inserted a banana symbol instead of a heart")
     
  3. If the problem is reproducible, please list the steps required to cause it,
    leaving a blank line between steps:

    (example: "1. Click on <Alt> + H. 
    If the problem is not reproducible (only happened once, or occasionally for no apparent reason), please describe the circumstances in which it occurred and the symptoms observed:

    (note: it is much harder to fix non-reproducible bugs)
     
  4. If the problem causes any error messages to appear, please write down the exact text displayed and enter it here:
